yo! ushi's (29/09/22)
this'll be the first iteration of our restaurant style night if you will, a pop up in our own spot.
smalls, mediums, afters, that sort of thing. some elements tbc but this is more or less it !
small:
oven~roasted broccoli spears with sesame dressing*
enoki mushroom tempura
edamame with sea salt*
medium:
curry pan
tofu katsu curry with rice
tofu katsu sandwich: fried tofu katsu in a brioche bun with tonkatsu sauce
miso chili mushroom & pak choi broth with rice noodles*
sushi:
inarizushi
vegetable and tofu oshizushi
avocado hosomaki*
*gluten free (let us know any allergens on the night just in case!)
6-9PM, Thursday 29/09/22, b.y.o.b. (with corkage, pls get from The Good Spirits Co. and say yr coming thru and they'll give you a lil discount!)
