Please join me for a safely-distanced outdoor nature immersion experience to help ease the pain of grief and loss. This 2.5-hour session is designed to slow you down and help you tune into your senses so you can tend to hurts that need your attention and care. Enjoy guided and silent portions to help you connect with nature as part of your healing from grief, trauma, or loss.
Mobility requirements: We'll be walking up and down some hills and about a half-mile of walking in total. The ability to traverse independently is required.
