shiitake mushroom workshop
Learn to grow shiitake mushrooms with wild edibles expert Greg Rosen. The hands-on workshop takes place in the Manse Garden, Roots & Wings new permaculture-teaching space. You'll learn how to cultivate shiitake mushrooms on logs using spawn plugs, and take home a shiitake mushroom log that could produce a small crop of organic shiitake mushrooms.
