Owl & Whale presents The Manhattan Club
300.00 per person for all three weeks. This three week event is limited to 12 guests.
Week 1 (Aug. 5) = Weller full proof vs. Weller antique 107 + Ransom Vermouth + Owl & Whale Persimmon Bitters
Week 2 (Aug. 12) = EH Taylor Amaranth vs. EH Taylor Small Batch + Antica Formula Red Vermouth + Owl & Whale Cherry Bitters
Week 3 (Aug. 19) = Blood Oath 6 vs. Blood Oath 7 + Cocchi di Torino + Owl & Whale Sea Smoke Bitters
Each class will consist of 2 Manhattans: 1.5oz whisky + .75oz Vermouth + 2 dashes bitters.
We will then deconstruct the Manhattan and taste .5oz of the whisky, followed by .25oz of vermouth and then a dash of the bitters.
Each participant will receive a sample size bottle of bitters used in each Manhattan. (3 total bottles)
* If a minimum of 10 tickets is not sold the event will be rescheduled for the fall.
