Let's Make Feta Cheese! 102
Eat cheese while making cheese. This is a small hands-on class; we will make a basic cow milk feta using local milk from Twin Brook Creamery. Then, we will create a seasonal dish using our feta for dining and chatting. See you in class! NOTE: The cheese 101 class is our Mozzarella + Burrata class - this is not a prerequisite for the Feta class.
