Morning Workshop

FCBD Style: Back to Basics and Beyond! (90 minutes)
In this workshop we will start with the FCBD foundational moves and formations and then explore and play with the ins and outs of a vibrant, supportive chorus. If time and skills allow, we will delve into various other formation possibilities.
*If you have a specific small topic, move, or skill, etc. you would like addressed, include it in your registration form and I will try to cover if time allows.
Afternoon Workshop

Strong & Flexible Dance Technique! (90 minutes)
This workshop is designed for all levels of dancers, of all abilities and backgrounds. In this workshop, you'll be taken through a series of conditioning and dance technique drills that help you understand the muscular balance that will help you to develop strength, stability, improved balance and posture, better mobility and flexibility for strong, powerful dance technique. Ashley will guide you through the anatomical logic behind each exercise and drill so along the way you get to learn about how your body works and what you personally need to do to keep your body injury free. Enjoy some fun dance combos to fabulous music at the end of class to put it all together.
