Artist Talk with Bria Hammock
Bria Hammock is our resident artist for the summer! Her art will be up May 31st. Join us for a presentation given by her on her artistry, inspiration and the art hanging in our Conservatory. Following the presentation, attendees are free to explore our Conservatory and check out Bria's art. She will stick around to answer questions and talk all things art! The event is on June 5th at 3 PM. Tickets are $5 and pre-registration is required.
Field Trip
As an adult, the nostalgic mention of a field trip conjures up feelings of excitement, anticipation and a curiosity for what new knowledge will be collected. My art practice is typically invested in color exploration in the form of western fauna and the study of flora is a new artistic pursuit for me. Inspired by my kids love of field trips to the gardens and my elation around new creative exploration, Field Trip was born a colorful + contemporary visual journey alongside a herd of western animals uncovering their fascination for greenery found around the globe.
