SHED Supper Series: Loretta Keller and Friends
Join famed Coco 500 + SeaGlass chef Loretta Keller and friends Angelo Garro (Renaissance Forge + Omnivore Salt) and Colleen McGlynn (DaVero) for a winter supper at SHED. Gathering food from our local fields and farms they'll cook a delicious 4 course menu that will warm our winter hearts.

Seared Atlantic Scallops, Celeriac, DaVero Meyer Lemon Oil, Citrus
Angelo's Handmade Pasta, Wild Mustard Greens
Braised Lamb Shank, Moroccan Spices, Roasted Heirloom Winter Squash, Mint and Preserved Lemon
Bittersweet Chocolate Cake, Candied Kumquats, Caramel and Chantilly
To complete this meal of great food and great friends, we have brought in wonderful local native wines from DaVero to pair. You will be tasting a selection of:
Malvasia Bianca, Carignano + Sangiovese.
