Kansas City's Joint Group Event- A Midwinter's Tasting

BABY, IT'S COLD OUTSIDE!

This Sunday's fabulous Midwinter's Tasting at Michael Foust's The Farmhouse is now a 3-course dinner (still only $25!)

Due to the polar vortex, Chef Michael's producers weren't able to provide him with ample product to accommodate tasting stations.

One of our favorite creative chefs has designed a wonderful 3-course dinner, still using mostly local ingredients:

1st course: roasted acorn squash bisque with pickled apples
2nd course: braised short rib, creamy polenta, smoked mushrooms, crispy leeks, and winter herb gremolata
3rd course: warm sweet potato and pecan pie with honey ice cream.
