Will Preisch and Matt Sigler - Verdant Collaboration Dinner at Abbey Road Farm
On Sunday, August 21st. Chefs Matt Sigler (currently the chef of Lake Oswego Country Club, previously at Il Solito and Renata) and William Preisch will be crafting a fantastic 9 course menu, highlighting the bounty of summer - to be paired with wines from the Abbey Road Farm Collective. We will be hosting this dinner in our Arena in the center of our property.
