Join pelvic floor physical therapist Marcy Crouch, from the Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center, as she discusses general pelvic health and sexual wellbeing. Learn basic pelvic floor muscle anatomy, function, and how it relates to a healthy and enjoyable sex life for men and women, including these muscles' role in orgasm! She will discuss normal pelvic floor function, as well and dysfunction, and how it can impact your daily life.
