Fermentation Workshop- Hosted by MILK Cafe
We invite you to join us for a workshop on Introduction to Fermentation.
We'll talk you through some simple methods of fermentation and have a chat about the different health benefits of these gut loving veggies.
You'll be surprised how simple it is to make them. If you can bring a clean medium sized jar to pack your veggies into we'll provide the rest. We'll bring some along to taste so you know what to expect when your veg is ready, they should be good to eat after 4-6 days.
There will be plenty of time to ask questions at the end, so come along and have a play with us, food should always be fun.
