Piatto Kitchen Take Over
Our friends from Piatto Pizza from St. John's are visiting us here at Dildo Brewery once again! We had so much fun last time around that we are doing an encore. Delicious food, beautiful water views & amazing company. Come on out and join us as Piatto takes us away to Italy!
Appetizer: Warm Carrot Salad: pine nuts, crispy kale, warm dill vinaigrette, paired with Blonde Ale.
Course 1: Salt Cod Arancini: fried risotto, mild cheddar, pea pesto, pared with Red Ale
Course 2: Tuscan Lasagna: wood- fired vegetables, spinach béchamel, spicy ragu, paired with Stout
Dessert: Lemon Panna Cotta: blueberry marmalade, shaved white chocolate, paired with Blueberry
