Evelyn in Purgatory by Topher Payne, directed by Camille Atebe
In the New York Public School system, teachers who have been suspended must wait at the administrative building every day until they get their hearing. It could be a day, a month, a year... no one knows. When Evelyn Reid is sent there, she thinks that it will all be cleared up right away. Instead she ends up meeting four other beleaguered teachers and together they learn that redemption is a rocky road indeed.
