Youth in Focus Food Photography Workshop Benefit!

Whether you are a food blogger, a budding food photographer, enjoy taking pictures of
your meals, or you simply love Youth in Focus and want to support us, this class is for you!
Join Armstrong Pitts Studio in Ballard for this 3-hour hands-on workshop which will teach you to use natural and studio light, composition, exposure, food and prop styling, and much more to create beautiful images. Photograph food while enjoying wine and cheese provided by Youth in Focus while being taught by professional food photographer Scott Pitts and stylist/chef Jean Galton, who shoot for clients such as Starbucks, Tree Top, Romano's Macaroni Grill and Chateau Ste Michelle.
You'll leave educated and inspired while supporting an organization you love!
Youth in Focus' mission is to empower urban youth, through photography, to experience their world in new ways and to make positive choices for their lives.
We put cameras in the hands of low income, at-risk youth and place them in a
challenging environment surrounded by high quality talented teachers, nurturing adult volunteer mentors, and create a strong community of support.
Through photography our students find their voice, identity, creativity, and gain new confidence in their worth and abilities.
