T'ai Chi Individual Class
June 6th, July 6th, & August 3rd 10:00-11:00 am AND 6:00-7:00 pm
Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese system of exercise practiced today for its health benefits and as a system of self-defense. Often called meditation in motion, tai chi combines physical, mental, and spiritual development while focusing and calming the mind and unifying the body. Tai Chi offers many benefits including improved body awareness and agility, improved concentration and focuses as well as stress reduction.
All classes will take place outdoors and will move indoors during inclement weather. The class will meet in The Sidetrack.
