Nourishing the Teacher Retreat
Come join us at the beautiful, tranquil location of Deerfields, about 40 minutes from Asheville for a day of nourishment and giving back to teachers who have had an exceptionally demanding past couple of years. The event will be facilitated by three, dedicated education professionals who bring a wide range of mindfulness techniques and individual practices. Additionally, we will have two teachers leading a guided hike and an art experience!
The retreat will be held on May 14th from 9:00 in the morning until 4:45 in the afternoon. Please plan to attend the entire event!

Optional Creative Collage and Journaling
This event is facilitated by teachers, for teachers, and with generous sponsors and donations, we are able to offer teachers this entire day of restoration, inspiration, and self-care for only $24.00.
