St. Patrick's Day 2022
Join us as we celebrate St. Patrick's Day. We'll enjoy a great menu for this class. While we will cook with beer for one of the dishes, we'll use a variety of "adult" beverages in making a menu for St. Patrick's Day.
We'll start with an Irish Beer cheese soup. Next we'll have one of my favorite sustainable seafood items - mussels. We'll cook them in champagne and turn it into a nice cream sauce to go with the mussels. The star of the show will be a filet steak and we'll top that with an Irish Whiskey Cream Sauce. For dessert we'll combine Bailey's Irish Cream with chocolate and make a light torte.
