Maraschino Cherry Workshop
Yes, it's the off season, but we can't wait eight more months for sour cherry season! We make our own Maraschino cherries year-round at The Barrel Thief, and we'll show you how to do it at home with simple ingredients that you can buy locally, anytime. There's nothing like a homemade Marschino cherry to honor the perfect classic cocktail that you make at home, or give a jar as a gift to your favorite bartender.
At the workshop, we'll have all of the ingredients and suppiles that you need to leave with an 8-oz. jar of Maraschino cherries that you made. You'll also take home the recipe, hints & tips, and a ingredient and supplier list, so you can recreate the process anytime.
