Mental Health First Aid teaches
a 5-step action plan to offer
initial help to people with the
signs and symptoms of a mental
illness or in a crisis, and connect
them with the appropriate professional,
peer, social, or self-help care.
Mental Health First Aid Details
$20/person (includes book and snack)
On-line payment available as well as
ability to pay at the door. Cash or Check
should be made out to Cardinal Innovations
on the first day of training.The training
will be held on February 4th & 5th,
from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm. In order to
receive your certification you must attend
the full day, each day.
