Black History Month Farm to table event
Join us for our annual multiethnic Black History month celebration at the farm. A hidden picturesque setting that is sure to please the most ardent foodie.
Culturally appropriate cuisine will be served using freshly harvested farm produce. Farm to table at its finest.
Classical trained Chef's inspired menu. Highlighting the recipes generated by the famous, enslaved, Whitehouse Chefs that served Pesidents George Washington and Thomas Jefferson.
Learn what it took to prepare the daily meals for these great Presidents, as well as, official state dinners. Learn intriguing facts about their personal stories.
Enjoy passed hors d'oeuvres, signature garden cocktails while touring the garden before we dine.
Kids learning station, face painting, head wrapping and lots of fun. Children from 0-12 come free. Make it a family affair of food, fun and learning.
The legendary Dj Smurf will provide soulful sounds for dancing on the grounds. Also other entertainment will be present.
This event is outdoors and Covid compliant.
Bring your favorite bottle of Vino with enough to share with your table!
