The Kitsap Conservation District needs your help to place thousands of bare-root native plants into pots! These plants will be used on Backyard Habitat stream restoration projects all over Kitsap County. Potting up bare root plants like this helps us make the small Backyard Habitat Grants go further.
Help us out in the morning, afternoon, or all day! This event is FREE. Please RSVP using Brown Paper Tickets.
Please bring:
-Weather-appropriate clothing.
-Water-proof boots or shoes.
-Snacks and water
-Be ready to get dirty!
Covid safety will be our first priority. We will be working socially distanced outside. Hand sanitizer, masks, and sanitary gloves will be available.
