Amazing Appetizers
Needing some new ideas for appetizers? Come join us as we cook up a selection of amazing appetizers in our next class.
You'll enjoy some Roasted Citrus Olives. We'll make a tart crust, then caramelize onions and make a tasty tart.
We'll use a Caribbean marinade with shrimp, then cook them in a grill pan and serve them with a mango salsa.
Our fourth appetizer is a classic ham and cheese puff made from Choux pastry.
