Planet Kniffen returns to Argyle Brewing Company. Enjoy an evening of live jazz with the talents of Matt Steckler - alto saxophone, Dylan Canterbury - trumpet, Andrew Mollica- guitar, Wayne Hawkins - keyboard, Brad Monkell - bass, and Darryl Kniffen - drums, compositions. Planet Kniffen's debut album DREAMLAND reached #5 on the Contemporary Jazz Billboard chart. "With one notable exception - a jazz interpretation of AC/DC's "Back in Black" - all compositions were penned by the drummer, who displays a range of inspirations and emotions across an evocative nine-song set.
