Natalie Keng, Founder/Owner of Chinese Southern Belle LLC and Atlanta native, grew up working in the family restaurant business then graduated from Vassar College and Harvard University (master's degree in social policy). Before starting her own business, Ms. Keng led corporate diversity training, strategic marketing teams and served in public office. She is often joined on stage by mother, Margaret Keng, "Teacher of the Year" and international business consultant for an entertaining, cross-generational experience with Buddha-to-Bubba stories of an Asian family living in the Deep South.
Through hands-on cooking demos, market tours, special events and a new line of handcrafted Asian-inspired sauces, Chinese Southern Belle highlights the best of East, West...and the Deep South!
