Rapunzel - The Holiday Panto
Rapunzel, the classic fairy tale about a young woman locked in a tower is performed as a pantomime. THIS IS NOT A PANTOMIME THAT IS SILENT! In Ireland and England a pantomime (panto) is a silly, raucous reimagining of the old fairy tale performed during the holiday season. Think Walt Disney meets Benny Hill. There are songs and audience participation. Lots of yelling.
This show is as much fun for adults as it is for kids.
