A Christmas Pairing to Remember...
On the heels of 4 SOLD OUT pairing dinners hosted by Plant Land, White Raven is excited to once again collaborate with the sought-after Owner and Chef of GATHER and the SPOT on ..."A CHRISTMAS PAIRING TO REMEMBER!" Chef Frank Hanes recently relocated to our little valley, after working in fine dining establishments in New York City and San Francisco. Armed with a breadth of skills developed there, its no wonder his irresistibly delicious and unique creations have earned him a considerable following here!
White Raven Winery is a small business owned, operated, and run by born and raised Montanans who are as committed to the community of Montana as they are to the winery. White Raven practices low intervention techniques for making our award-winning wines and prioritizes biodynamic practices in our vineyard. Chef Frank sources his produce locally whenever possible and actively partners with local purveyors for all his ingredients. Since we share a commitment to our local community, the collaboration between our businesses is an excellent fit. Your attendance at this event further supports local farmers and small businesses in our valley.
Please consider joining us on Dec. 11th at 6 pm when White Raven Winery will pair three of our locally made wines with two small plate dinner pies and one beef fondue dish meticulously crafted by Chef Frank! Holiday songs will be played LIVE by a local pianist who will gladly accompany anyone who feels moved to sing a Christmas song! Wines by the glass and bottle will also be available.
