New year, new you! Join us in the kitchen for a three-part Healthy Cooking Series. In these hands-on cooking classes Chef and Nutritionist Katie Reineberg will guide you through simple, seasonal, healthy recipes to kick-start your culinary resolutions. You'll discuss portion control and meal planning and learn essential cooking techniques like knife skills, healthy baking, and more!

Week Two Sunday, January 19
Healthy Farmers Market Finds
In this week's session we're making a three-course meal inspired by Winter fruits and vegetables. We'll cover techniques like grilling, sautéing and roasting, all while discuss how to stock your pantry with local, seasonal ingredients.
