Discovering Wellness
Discovering Wellness is currently reworking it's offerings to the community. We will post updates as we add opportunities.
Discovering Wellness is a series of free workshops for the community. This program is generously supported by AMB West in partnership with ASPEN and hosted at The Movement Collaborative.
Continue to check in with ASPEN about dates and times of workshops. Some workshops may need to be rescheduled or postponed due to health concerns or low registration
The Park County Health Department continues to recommend masking at al public gatherings. Workshops will provide masks and hand sanitizer, and the option to distance. The Movement Collaborative is a trauma-informed space encouraging you to participate at your own comfort level.
