Meet local farmers and chefs while enjoying an evening full of delicious local food. Share the evening with chefs Clayton Chapman from The Grey Plume, Paul Kulik from The Boilerroom, Nick Strawhecker from Dante's Pizzeria, Joel Mahr from Lot 2 and Matt Rousch from Bread & Cup. The brewers from Modern Monks Brewery and the vintners from Glacial Till Vineyard will also be there to share their art.
This dinner is a fund raising event for the Nebraska Sustainable Agriculture Society. NSAS is a group of dedicated farmers and consumers who work to promote agriculture & food systems that build healthy land, people, communities & quality of life, for present & future generations.
