Almost, Maine at the Orcas Grange
"Almost", Maine is a remote little town somewhere in northern Maine.
Here, if you don't know someone, you do know someone who does. Sound familiar?
This December 6, 7, 8, 13, 14 and 15th, the Actor's Theater of Orcas Island presents its holiday show- "Almost, Maine" by John Cariani.
This is a tale of what goes on in a small town one midwinter night when the Northern Lights appear, having surprising and magical effects on its residents. Love appears, slumbers, blooms and ignites.
Nineteen Orcas actors portray the friends and neighbors of Almost, Maine, in a play one reviewer has called "a cross between "Our Town" and "The Twilight Zone" "...
