Wake Up and Go-Go!
Saturdays 10:30-11:30am February 1, 8, 15, 22
Start your morning off right with Scarlotta Sparkle's new class, "Wake up and Go-Go"! This high-energy series is a great cardio workout while grooving to fun music and learning classic 1960's dance moves.
Please wear loose, exercise clothing and comfortable shoes. Don't forget your water and a towel!
Cancellation Policies:
If your class is cancelled by the instructor, your payment will be refunded in full as soon as possible. If you've pre-paid a class or deposit and need to cancel 10 days or more before the class, you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. No refunds will be made in the 9 days before a class. There are no refunds or makeup classes for absences.
