Nashville Fermentation Fest: Fermented Herbal Sodas with Katie Williamson
In this two-hour demo, Katie Williamson of Yo Soy Fermentista will instruct you on how to turn fresh herbs and fruit juices into delicious, naturally-carbonated probiotic sodas. Bring a quart-sized jar to take home your own soda.

Ticketed classes and workshops available, taught by one of our fermenting experts. Register to learn about everything from sourdough basics to sausage-making and curing. We're even hosting a special vegetable fermentation class taught by fermentation revivalist Sandor Katz.

Citizen Incubator Kitchens is located in the bottom floor of Hunters Station in East Nashville. Free street parking is available on either side of Hunters Station on N 10th and Finn streets. Paid parking available in the lot behind Hunters Station.
