Empowering. Energy-inducing. Electric. Come join us and MVFitness in a safe outside space for a full-body cardio dance workout designed to strengthen your body and your mind. Remember that song you loved dancing to in high school? Yeah, well play that. And the one you turn up every time it comes onto your playlist? We have a routine for that, too. Easy to follow and always high-energy, MVFitness classes will have you unleashing your inner pop star as you let go of your stress and let loose on the dance floor. Have a music preference? 90s/00s girl/boy bands, recent hits, 80s pop, etc.? We'd LOVE to hear from you!
