Fruit Tree Orchard Care Series: Class #4: Seasonal Maintenance
Fruit trees in your home landscape are a rewarding source of fresh, local, delicious produce. But they require timely and appropriate maintenance to avoid pest and disease infestation in our wet Pacific Northwest climate. In the lecture, we will cover site prep and planting, sheet mulching, pollination support, as well as some simple and effective methods for preventing diseases and pests. Then we will move outside and practice seasonally specific techniques to help keep your fruit trees beautiful, healthy, and abundant.
