2nd Story and Lompoc Brewing Dinner
We're super excited to do a pairing dinner featuring a wide selection of Lompoc Brewing's beer, especially all of the awesome holiday offerings!
Saturday, December 14th at 6:30 p.m.
Here's the menu:
1st: Sticker Wicket ESB
Caramelized onion, kasha & spent grain cake, chanterelle & apple compote, spicy greens
2nd: C-Sons Greetings & Saaz, Nuggs & Rock n Roll IPA
Beer & Gruyere Soup, focaccia croutes
3rd: Blitzen, Cherry Christmas
Smoked duck breast, salad of warm farro, frisee, pistachios, and pomegranate
4th: Brewdolph, Jolly Bock
Brewdolph braised pork, root vegetable gratin, collards & kale
5th: Braggot, Old Tavern Rat, Holiday Cheer
Fig and pecan upside-down cake, Old Tavern Rat spiced syrup, whip, candied pecans
