Experts and Insights: MCC Faculty Speaker Series- March 17, 2022
Join us when MCC's Faculty Christine Grela, Christen Louderman, and Elaine Whalen presents "Is it hot in here or is that just me? Menopause: Myths vs. Facts, Tips & Tricks" on March 17, 2022.
Menopause is a concern for many women, but it does not have to be. In this interactive panel discussion, we will focus on menopause and perimenopause and common beliefs about this experience and highlight tips for wellness from a psychological and biological standpoint.
**The event will only be held in-person at the Luecht Auditorium. The event will be recorded and uploaded to the Experts and Insights website (www.mchenry.edu/experts). If attending in-person, we are encouraging attendees to register, but walk-ins are welcome!
Effective Monday, February 28, MCC will no longer require masks/face coverings to be worn on campus. However, while we are lifting this mask requirement, in alignment with the Governors recommendation, mask-wearing will still be encouraged, and respected, for those individuals choosing to continue this health and safety practice. MCC also strongly advises our event attendees and individuals in crowded classrooms or highly populated areas of campus to continue wearing a mask when there is difficulty distancing.
