Moon Meditation at Hemlock
Wind down and relax with this guided meditation with Cas Scholler, yoga instructor and artist. This one hour session will guide you through a meditative state within the gallery walls being aware of the art around us all. ALL bodies are welcome and all skill levels are encouraged to participate. Accommodations are available for seating for support.
