What to Expect
This breakfast session will focus on the subconsultant / subcontractor interface in the pre award process. The primary focus will be on how to make yourself valuable and competitive in order to win your spot on a Design-Build team. This will include a discussion on how to contribute to the making of a successful proposal through active participation in the proposal creation process. In relation to this we will also discuss the following:

Business development for Design-Build
Ensuring project success by active participation in the proposal process
Making participation pay off as a specialty subcontractor
