Puget Sound ASHRAE - TAC November Meeting

Please join Puget Sound ASHRAE at the Seattle central library from 12:00 to 2:00Pm for a presentation on Carrier HAP energy modeling software. Rudy Romijnn of Carrier will be working through a live model answering questions, while demonstrating the applications, strengths and best practices of Carrier HAP.

Rudy is the Regional Manager, Commercial Marketing Operations for Carrier Comfort, Controls and Security. His focus is on Commercial Systems Marketing in the Western Region USA and has been associated with Carrier since 1988. Rudy has been in the HVAC industry since 1973 in numerous capacities. He attended Illinois Institute of Technology's Architectural Engineering School and has a BSB/IS from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a Masters of Science degree from DeMontfort University in Energy and Sustainable Building Design. Rudy spent the first 23 years of his career working for an A/E firm, Consulting Engineering firm, Mechanical Contractor and Carrier Corporation in Michigan. He has a thorough working knowledge of HVAC systems and his experiences include contracting, estimating, sales and sales management. His focus for the past 17 years is on the training and development of the Carrier e-Design Suite (formerly known as E20-II Engineering Software Suite), Training materials, Technical Development Programs and the e-Cat selection/performance software. Rudy is a LEED AP, Member of ASHRAE and CIBSE and resides in the "Beautiful Valley of the Sun" Phoenix, Arizona, USA.
