2013 Blaktina Performance Series presents Love Will Save The Day - A Whitney Houston Tribute Event
BAAD! responds to the ballads and dance hits of the late diva Whitney Houston, mixed live, the order of the songs will be spontaneous, just like at a dance club, and the dancers will know when to dance when their music is played. This bevy of mainly Bronx-based companies will present works that go from contemporary to African to hip hop and include Jessica Danser/JD Dansfolk, Shizu Homma, Destiny Divine, Joey Lorraine, Sage Rivera, Kharis Jelohi Collins, Jorel Rios, Maverick Dance Experience and many more!
