Homebrew Class with Modern Times Beer
Wanna learn how to make beer from a certified brewing ninja? Well, now you can, grasshopper! Award-winning brewer Derek Freese will be your sensei as he guides through the all-grain brewing process from start to finish. If you're new to brewing, this class will serve as the perfect introduction to the craft, and if you're already a beginning homebrewer, Derek will share his tips and tricks to take your beer the "puke" to "pure gold"! You'll work with Derek to brew a pilot batch that will go on-tap in the tasting room, while peppering him with any questions you may have about home and professional brewing.
The cost of the class includes a tasting flight and a tour of the Lomaland Fermentorium. Space is limited. The class starts at 1, so you'll have plenty of time to grab lunch before we start.
