13th Annual NFCT Building on Tradition Gala
The 13th Annual NFCT "Building on Tradition" Gala will be held on June 12th. It will be a Concert By the Bay at Veterans Park located on the corner of Peconic Bay Blvd and Bay Avenue in Mattituck. Patrons will choose to attend at either the 2PM or 6PM showing. The Gala is a fundraiser for the North Fork Community Theatre. The cost of tickets is $150 per person to be a Sparkling Supporter of the event with prime seating and recognition at the event, or $100 for a regular ticket. You can reserve a table for your own pod with 4 or more people. Tickets will be on sale in mid May at nfct.com.

The acoustic jukebox band Spicy Tuna will be playing at the NFCT Gala, and members of the North Fork Community Theatre will perform Broadway show tunes. The NFCT's celebrated Youth on Stage program for ages 14-22 will also perform. Individually packaged gourmet sandwiches and sides will be provided to each attendee along with beer, wine, soda and water.

There will be raffle baskets, door prizes and a silent auction. Silent Auction items will be on display at the "old bank" windows at 245 Love Lane starting in mid May; bids will be accepted online at http://www.nfct.com through Friday June 11th at 5PM, after which the final Silent Auction items bids will be accepted only at the June 12th Gala.  For a private viewing of the Silent Auction items contact Stephen Ness at sness1172@gmail.com. NFCT volunteers and friends of the theatre are encouraged to go to their favorite local business and purchase an item to donate to the raffle baskets. Support local businesses and the theatre at the same time!  For more information about the NFCT Gala, contact Mary Motto Kalich at 917-334-6639 or marymotto@yahoo.com.

All Gala proceeds will go towards the Renovation Campaign to make improvements to the NFCT. Donations can be made at www.nfct.com or checks to NFCT Box 86 Mattituck NY 11952.
