This will be a fabulous holiday gathering and meal in the beautiful setting of Panevino with the backdrop of the Las Vegas Strip before us. We will enjoy a magnificent 5-Course Vegan meal that will include:
Lemongrass Soup
lemongrass soup with lemon spaetzles
Grilled Vegetable Lasagna
Layers of grilled eggplant, zucchini, squash, roasted tomatoes, roasted bell peppers, and mushrooms in a creamy vodka-tomato sauce
Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli
Homemade spinach ravioli filled organic "ricotta" in a wild mushroom sauce drizzled with truffle oil.
Organic "Meatloaf" & Garlic and Rosemary Mashed Potatoes
Mixed organic legumes, wild mushrooms, herbs, and mirepoix "meatloaf" on a bed of garlic and rosemary mashed potatoes in a fresh tomato and Kalamata-style olive olive sauce.
Organic Apple and Peach Streudel
Warm organic whole wheat phyllo dough filled with Grand Marnier sauteed apples and peaches drizzled with Vanilla Creme Anglaise.
Cost: $63.00 per person which includes tax and tip. No-host bar available before, during, and after dinner.
