Madama Butterfly in the Garden
Join Eugene Opera this June for its first live event of the year! With the beautiful Owen Rose Garden as a backdrop, Eugene Opera will present a semi-staged concert of excerpts from Puccini's Madama Butterfly, accompanied by string quintet and keyboard. This concert tells the timeless story of love, duty and abandonment that continues to thrill audiences today.
