Mixing and Flavor Combinations
This class is designed for the intermediate home booze-slinger. If you feel pretty confident in your liquor collection and have all the appropriate tools to make your favorite classic cocktails at home but want to begin to experiment and create more original combinations, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Most classes pertaining to drinks and cocktails are focused on the cocktail beginner and bartending novice, but this evening will be focused on more obscure bottles and not so popular liqueurs and how a bitters or a syrup can balance and bind a drink that was not quite tasting right.
Each person will make two of their own cocktails to get some practice and technique.
