WATOA 2021 Conference: Expanding Community Connections

Workshops, presentations, ideas and solutions for connecting communities through smart telecommunications planning and hyper-local media production.

Local Government Staff and Advisors: Presentations on latest developments in Wireless Telecommunications and local control of wireless equipment siting, Updates on State and FCC priorities and activities, Review of current federal and state telecommunication policy and legal issues, Managing telecommunication franchises in a changing telecommunication industry, broadband planning, and more.

Government/Community Media Production: Presentations to expand storytelling techniques, enhance your abilities to plan, shoot and edit videos and expand your message to wider markets, field gear technology demonstrations, and more.

Registration fee includes breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday, and a Thursday evening President's reception.

Note: The health and well-being of the 2021 WATOA Conference attendees is of the upmost importance and a priority in planning a successful Conference for all attendees and WATOA members. The WATOA Board is working closely with the hotel and our event partners to ensure everyones safety and comfort.
