Holiday Cocktail Class
Join us at The Portland Hunt + Alpine Club for a two hour class in making classic winter cocktails. These are perfect drinks to enjoy on a chilly Maine winter night by the fire or when you're entertaining this season.
Together we will cover the prep, ingredients and recipes to make Hot Buttered Rum, Pre-Batched Manhattans, Sparkling Punch and an EggNog that's amazingly delicious.
You'll learn the prep, assembly and history of each cocktail. Also included in the price is four cocktails, appetizers and gratuity. You'll walk away with a bottle of Maine-made Royal Rose Syrup and recipes for each drink.
