Costly Desires
Costly Desires is a multimedia touring show presented by Drybones Artist Collective, with Support from 4 Culture. It's a play that uses film, dance, and original music to tell the story of Maria, Yen, and John. Maria and Yen are two young women pulled into the world of sex trafficking through circumstances beyond their control. John, a man who buys them, is a married man whose sexual addiction threatens his family and his way of life. In the end each character finds hope and way to forgive those who have harmed them. 25% of ticket sales will be donated to support local anti-trafficking efforts with REST, The Genesis Project, and other local anti-trafficking agencies.
