Spring Sashiko Sewing Session
Sashiko is an ancient sewing technique from Japan to mend and adorn garments - it is also a very peaceful, mindful and meditative practice which calms the mind and helps to focus and relax.
During this workshop you will learn about the history of Sashiko, traditions and heritage or the patterns, master the sewing techniques involved in Sashiko, gain understanding of patterns and translating onto fabric and make gorgeous, colourful springtime sewing pieces.
£15 pp - Tuesday 30th March - 7pm - 8.30pm
